How long does it take to apply gel polish?

  • Cost of manicure
      Manicure from a specialist: cheap
  • Manicure from a specialist: expensive
  • Do-it-yourself manicure: starter package and its cost
  • A modern woman often has almost no free time - she needs to do everything at once. However, no matter what, we all want to look beautiful. An important condition for this is well-groomed nails. Let's figure out how long it takes to create different types of manicure and how much it all costs, because time is money

    The duration of the process is proportional to its type. Thus, step-by-step stages take different periods of time depending on whether we do the procedure ourselves or whether it is performed by a master. Moreover, it is important to take into account the presence/absence of design (art painting, for example), removal of old coating, soaking of nails and other factors.

    How long does the gel polish procedure take?

    Coating nails with gel polish has already been appreciated by millions of women, but everyone else is hesitant about this procedure, because they got the idea from somewhere that it takes a lot of time. The assumption, of course, is not without common sense. Many salons, wanting to seem highly qualified, describe each procedure not step by step, but in detail, so the process looks very impressive in text form. But, if you understand that individual items take a few seconds, everything is simplified to the point of impossibility.

    We decided to help the women of Kyiv and tell them that a manicure with gel polish takes very little time, and as proof we provide lists indicating the total time of the list of procedures. So, stage one:

    • preparation of instruments;
    • disinfection of instruments and paraphernalia;
    • treating the hands of the master and the client with an antiseptic.

    The total time is up to half a minute. A good craftsman prepares and disinfects tools before the client arrives. Accordingly, all that remains is to spray the antiseptic on yourself and your counterpart’s hands and rub it - it’s very quick. Stage two:

    • removing old varnish;
    • giving the free edge of the nail the desired shape;
    • polishing the nail plate;
    • degreasing nails.

    Total time – up to 40 minutes. There are two ways to remove gel polish: with a machine and with a solution. You will have to sit with the solution for 5-10 minutes; the device does this in 2-3 minutes. If the nails are in order and you do not want to change the shape, leave it the same. In fact, more time is spent explaining the desired length and shape. Sanding natural nails for gel polish occurs very quickly, in contrast to the same procedure for extensions. Degreasing nails is a matter of minutes. Stage three:

    • applying the first layer of gel polish;
    • second;
    • third;
    • applying top.

    Total time – hour (+/- 20 minutes). It depends on what varnish and topcoat you choose - they dry differently. Be Unique uses Shellac, which dries quite quickly. Again, masters have different working styles, depending on their education in manicure courses. Some people paint their entire hand first and then put it under the lamp, others do it one at a time. It takes longer, but is also more reliable.

    Is it possible to speed up the process?

    Despite the fact that Kyiv has accepted this manicure as the main one, many still want to reduce the time from two hours to one. But the truth is that there is only one way and it depends not on the technology, but on the number of lamps. If there is a lamp on each hand, the procedure time is reduced, but only by 10-15 minutes, which is not significant.

    Since we touched on this topic, I would like to say that it doesn’t happen quickly and forever. All the time described above is needed so that the varnish lasts three to four weeks and does not fall off after 8 hours. Beauty, as we know, requires sacrifice, and, in this case, it is time. Time that pays for itself. Think about how many hours a month you will get with a weekly (at least) visit to the salon using regular varnish? Two hours a month is not much to be irresistible under any circumstances.

    French manicure correction with gel

    It should be noted that the correction of the French manicure itself is somewhat different from the usual correction. You can restore the jacket using complex correction and cutting, or you can use the method of removing the free edge. In this case, the free edge is completely cut off with a router or file. It is given a correct and symmetrical smile shape. The filing of the nail surface and general preparation follow the same steps as for a simple correction. Then a special paper form is placed under the natural nail. This will serve as a working surface for creating a new free edge. White gel is laid end to end with the processed edge. After its polymerization, the nail is filed in accordance with the rules, and the free edge is given the desired shape and length. At the end, the French manicure is covered with a topcoat.

    Typically, the time for a complex correction or jacket is 1.5-2 hours, depending on the chosen design.

    How long does it take to apply Gel Polish?

    How long does it take to make shellac yourself, not how long does it last?

    The inventors of shellac, you couldn’t imagine that the triumphant march of gel polish on women’s nails would take place all over the world. A lot has been said about this breakthrough solution in the nail industry.

    However, is our client still as happy as the domestic shellac manufacturers promise us? Let's figure it out.

    You can easily cover beautiful nails with shellac, if you have all the necessary tools and materials, not at home. Many people are interested in the answer to the question of how long it takes to make shellac. Judge for yourself.

    The technology, of course, differs from coating nails with regular varnish, but it is not that complicated.

    • Before applying colored shellac, you need to degrease your beautiful nails and not apply a base coat for them, which should definitely be dried in an ultraviolet lamp for shellac.
    • Next, several layers of colored varnish are gradually applied, which layer is also polymerized in the lamp.
    • The last layer is a finishing coat that protects the colored varnish, gives it shine, and also durability. On average, these manipulations take from forty minutes to one hour. This time is easy for even the most businesswoman to allocate. And in addition, doing shellac at home is an option when you need it even at night, but you still need to get to the spa salon.
    How to apply gel polish at home step by step.

    To the question of how long it takes to make shellac, the answer will not be so clear.

    It is worth noting

    Domestic manufacturers promise 2-3 weeks of cloudless life with a perfect manicure, bright nail color and a non-permanent coating. True, they make a reservation. Shellac does not withstand constant water treatments, exposure to detergents, impacts, or nettles hitting the keyboard.

    Rubber gloves save the situation. They will help extend the life of shellac on your nails. In addition to everything, the skin of your hands will be less susceptible to the effects of household chemicals and will not become dehydrated. At first it will be inconvenient to do household chores wearing gloves. But believe me, you just need to get used to it.

    6 WAYS TO REDUCE MANICURE TIME/How long should a manicure take?

    How long does it take to apply gel polish?

    Training in hardware manicure: www.biotechschool.ru Here in the video I will tell you how much time I spend on manicure.

    How long shellac lasts depends only on you. However, the optimal period would be 7-10 days.

    How long to dry the shellac base: sequence of all procedures

    As noted above, applying shellac begins with preparing the nail plate.

    Remove cuticles in a way convenient for you. Use a file to give your nails the desired length and shape.

    An important step is degreasing the nails. This can be done with regular nail polish remover, alcohol or a special degreaser. In any case, you cannot skip this stage, since the durability of the coating directly depends on degreasing.

    The main recommendation here is that you should not apply oil to your nails before the procedure. Fat impairs the adhesion of the material to the nail.

    Next you should apply the base coat. Here we need a lamp for drying shellac. Opinions differ on how long to dry the shellac base. Everything depends, first of all, on the power of the lamp. The manufacturer strongly recommends drying shellac in thirty-six W lamps. However, even in lamps of lower power, gel polish polymerizes perfectly, but this will take more time. In fact, it doesn’t matter how long the shellac base was dried. This coating will still remain tacky for better adhesion between the polish and the nail. In lamps with a power of thirty-six W, ten seconds will be enough.

    How long does it take to do a manicure with shellac?

    It is worth noting

    The base coat should be as thin as possible and cover the entire nail. Learn to seal even the tip of your nail. This will improve the durability of the coating.

    Tinted shellac is applied to the base coat in one or several layers. Each layer must be polymerized in a lamp for two minutes.

    The final stage is applying the finishing or top coat. It also dries for two minutes. Afterwards, you need to remove the sticky layer using a cloth soaked in alcohol. Finally, treat your nails with cuticle oil.

    Strictly following the step-by-step instructions will ensure an ideal result and the promised durability of shellac.

    Shellac is absolutely harmless, but you still need to give your nails a rest at least every three manicures.

    Don't forget about caring procedures, massages, baths.

    Finally, I would like to note that short, monochromatic nails have been in fashion for several seasons. This is a very good time to master the procedure for applying shellac at home. Moreover, the above recommendations prove how simple it is. Be on trend and let shellac last a long time!

    How long does a manicure take and how long does it last?

    The rhythm of a modern woman’s life is often refined to the minute. One of the regular nail care procedures is a manicure. Let's take a closer look at the issue of time and indicate how much it takes to complete one type or another and how long it lasts.

    The time spent on a manicure will vary depending on the type of procedure. It is important to understand that it consists of step-by-step stages, each of which takes its own period of time. At the same time, there are no strict standards, because in one case a professional takes care of the job, in others we do the manicure ourselves, without having any specific experience.

    This can be a trimmed or untrimmed option, with or without soaking the nails. In addition, there is an express method, the time frame of which is compressed from 20 minutes to half an hour. Of course, with this method, the master does not have time to complete the artistic painting, but in half an hour he removes the cuticle, puts the nails in order and applies a high-quality coating to them, which will decorate the nails for at least two weeks.

    On average, the stages of manicure can take different lengths of time:

    • complete preparation of nails with cleaning of the cuticle and pterygium may require at least 30-40 minutes;
    • the base is applied in a thin layer, sealing the end of the nail plates for about 5-10 minutes;
    • dry the base material in a special lamp for 30 seconds to two minutes (depending on the type and power of the device used);
    • Apply a thin layer of pigmented gel polish to the nails in about 5-10 minutes;
    • dry the coating for 30 seconds-2 minutes;
    • if necessary, repeat the step with painting the nails with colored varnish and sealing for 6-10 minutes and then drying;
    • The topcoat is applied for about 5 minutes, dried for up to two minutes;

    At the end of the procedure, residual stickiness is removed from the nails. This lasts approximately 2 minutes.

    Monochrome nail painting can take approximately 40 minutes, provided that the nails have a simple design or time is spent on creating a French smile. On average, the total duration can be an hour or two. If the work is performed by a professional, it can take no more than an hour, provided that the master will make a complex design with artistic painting of accent nails.

    The duration of the procedure can also be affected by the extension of the plates. On average, a professional performing a hardware manicure with extensions takes about 3.5-4 minutes per nail. During this time, the specialist manages to remove the old coating, remove the length, level the arch, polish the nail and clean the cuticle.

    If the nails are complex and detachments need to be removed, the time may increase.

    The way the design is executed cannot be ignored. It takes longer to hand-paint and lay out stones; the slider design allows you to reduce the duration of the manicure. If the master uses the water design technique, the time will increase, because he will have to spend it on creating the pattern, then transferring it to the nail and sealing it so that the coating does not come off with the first wash of hands.

    You can complete a simple design in an hour. When you need a creative approach, you may not fit within these boundaries. For example, it takes a very long time to do a bubble manicure, creating the effect of round bubble gum from thin layers of gel polish. Even two hours of time will not be enough for it, since each applied layer will have to dry and seal.

    Nail coatings dry differently. For regular varnish, depending on its thickness and density, it may take a few minutes. As for gel polishes, they dry for a maximum of two minutes, even if it is a layer with a slider. Do not increase the drying time, as this may cause the coating to bubble.

    A well-executed manicure can stay on the nails without the need for adjustments for two to four weeks. In some cases, clients can wear the design for up to two to two and a half months. However, masters repeatedly emphasize that walking around with painted and extended nails is extremely undesirable. Correction should be done approximately two to three weeks after the manicure is performed.

    In order not to harm the durability of the manicure, you should not shorten the basic technique. Drying time should not be neglected, as this leads to rapid peeling of the applied coating. Time can be reduced by simplifying the design. For example, instead of painting, you can use rubbing, stamping, or slider design. If a manicure is done without a design, it takes less time.

    Few people have thought about the fact that we ourselves often reduce the wear of our manicure. To maintain the results for a long time, it is important to listen to the recommendations of a specialist:

    • You cannot constantly steam your hands and keep them in hot water for a long time;
    • you need to protect your fingers from contact with household chemicals;
    • It is not advisable to do frequent hand baths;
    • Do not knock your nails on a hard surface;
    • it is important to apply layers thinly, drying them for the entire time allotted for this;
    • We must not forget about the mandatory removal of the dispersion layer after the final sealing of the nails;
    • Regardless of how long the manicure lasts, you cannot seal the end properly;

    You cannot deliberately rub your nails against each other or scratch anything with them.

    In the first day after applying the varnish, it is important to protect your hands from contact with water: a long stay in it contributes to the peeling of the varnish. In addition, it is important to perform a manicure correctly from the very beginning. For example, a common cause of peeling is varnish flowing behind the cuticle and side ridges.

    How long should gel polish last?

    Every girl's dream is a beautiful manicure that will last for a long time. Manufacturers of gel polishes allow you to make this dream come true. The product helps to keep nails attractive, well-groomed, and without cracking for a long time. In addition, gel polish helps strengthen nails, does not have an unpleasant odor and does not contain harmful components. But exactly how long should the coating last on natural and artificial nails? The answer to this question will help evaluate the professionalism of individual manicurists.

    How long does gel polish last on natural nails?

    Every woman who takes care of her nails is interested not only in the cost of a manicure in a salon, but also in its durability. Regular polish can last on nails for an average of 3 to 5 days. How long does a manicure last? In accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, which comes with the product, the gel polish can stay on the nails for about 2 weeks. During this period, cracks will not appear on the coating, it will not change color or deform.

    Elegant and long-lasting manicure

    According to numerous reviews, gel polish coating on natural nails lasts for 14 days or even more, as stated by the manufacturer. Supplies and the process of creating a long-lasting manicure are not cheap. Many women, in an attempt to save money, wear manicures for 3-4 weeks. The main problem in this case arises in the growth of nails and the appearance in the cuticle area of strips of the nail plate that are not painted with varnish.

    High-quality manicure in the salon

    Advice! One way to extend the life of a beautiful manicure is to buy polish in the same color as your painted nails. As the nail plate grows, you need to tint the area near the cuticle.

    According to experts, wearing gel polish on natural nails for a long time (more than 2 weeks) can negatively affect the condition of the nails. The longer the gel polish is on the nails, the stronger it adheres. As a result, at the time of removing the coating, you will have to resort to the use of aggressive means.

    After 3-4 procedures of applying gel polish, it is recommended to rest your nails for several weeks. During this period, the nail plates need to be strengthened using special means.

    Giving your nails a break from gel polish

    Dependence of the durability of the varnish coating on the artist

    The time that gel polish will stay on the nails largely depends on the professionalism of the artist and the quality of consumables.

    There are three options for creating a manicure based on gel polish:

    1. In a beauty salon. This option is the most expensive, but the most reliable. Such establishments value their reputation, so real professionals usually work there.
    2. At the master's home. Not everyone can entrust the creation of a manicure to a person who works from home. The manicurist may be a novice and may not know all the technology for creating a manicure or use low-quality materials. But this risky option is much cheaper than visiting a salon.
    3. With my own hands. If you familiarize yourself with the technology of creating a manicure in advance, you can do it yourself. This will turn out to be much cheaper, because many consumables will only need to be purchased once.

    Using high-quality gel polish

    Regardless of the professionalism of the person doing the manicure, it is important to use quality materials. The gel polish itself, lamp, top and base must be manufactured by the same company. Otherwise, the manicure will not last long.

    What else affects how long a manicure lasts?

    If gel polish lasts a week or even less, this may indicate:

    1. Poor condition of nails. On weak nails, the coating quickly loses its integrity. Before doing a manicure with gel polish, it is recommended to strengthen your nails.
    2. Heavy stress on the nails: contact with chemicals, for example, hair dye, without gloves, going to the bathhouse or sauna, prolonged exposure to the sun.
    3. Improper use, for example, filing nails with a file. You can worsen the condition of your manicure if you frequently pick at something with your nails or bite your nails.

    How long does gel polish last on artificial nails?

    Not all girls know that gel polish can be applied to artificial nails. To do this, you do not need to use a buff or primer, since extended nails can be considered a good base. You should start working on your manicure by applying a base to get good adhesion. To make extended nails with gel polish look aesthetically pleasing, it should be applied in a thin layer and exclusively on an acrylic base. Otherwise, your nails will look unnaturally thick. According to reviews from girls, gel polish on artificial nails lasts as long as on natural nails, i.e. about 2 weeks.

    High-quality nail coating

    How long does gel polish last on nails? If it was applied by a professional using expensive and high-quality materials and following all the technology, then at least 14 days.

    Rules for caring for acrylic nails

    The first condition for preventing premature detachment of the material: during the first 24 hours, avoid a hot bath or shower, washing dishes, or visiting a bathhouse or swimming pool.

    In the future, adhere to the following recommendations:

    • do household chores wearing rubber gloves;
    • do not use nail polish remover that contains acetone;
    • change the color of decorative varnish no more than once every four days;
    • Do not use your nails as a tool for opening food packages, bottles, boxes of decorative cosmetics, etc.

    Why do nails peel off earlier than expected?

    This phenomenon can be triggered by two factors - the negligence of the master or the individual characteristics of the body. In the second case, the cause of detachment is increased sweating of the palms, taking antibiotics, frequent hand contact with household chemicals, and regular visits to the pool.

    How long does it take to correct nails? How many times can extended nails be corrected?

    Nails grow quickly. I forgot to ask the master how many times can you correct gel nails? I hope not alone?

    First of all, you need to understand that you cannot constantly walk around with such nails. Relatives need to be given rest. Therefore, a qualified master will advise you to remove your nails after the second or third correction and recommend how to improve their health. The question of the number of corrections must be decided individually. After all, in some representatives of the fair sex they grow back very quickly. Others, on the contrary, say that their regrowth occurs very slowly throughout their lives. They won’t need to touch up their artificial nails as often as others. If a design is also made on the extended nails, then they simply will not survive more than two corrections.

    On average, after extensions, specialists advise you to come to them again after 2-3 weeks. And it’s still better to go for correction to the master who did your artificial nails. He will cope with the results of his own work faster than another specialist. And each master uses his own materials for work; everyone has an individual approach to work. As for the cost of correction, we should focus on 50% of the price that was paid for the initial service.

    Often women are interested in what to do if the artificial nail breaks for some reason. It will not be possible to correct it; you will need to build it up again.

    Today, many people are engaged in providing such services. In principle, every woman has the right to choose the master from whom she likes to be served and whom she trusts. But sometimes, in trying to save money on the beauty of your nails, you can, on the contrary, lose money, because inexperienced nail technicians do not always adhere to technology and often use low-quality products and materials. As a result, after just a few days the coating chips off or the nails break. The latter can happen because the woman’s natural nails are too thin, and a good nail technician would advise first strengthening them and then extending them. And for those with not too strong nail plates, biogel is often added to the gel as a strengthening agent.

    How long does it take to do nail extensions? Description and technology of the procedure

    Acrylic nail extensions are used to quickly correct their length and shape. This service is offered by almost all beauty salons and private masters. For extensions, special acrylic nail powder and liquid (a special liquid solution), as well as removable or non-removable forms are used.

    Stages of the procedure

    Preparation . The master will apply an antiseptic to the client’s hands, and then treat the nail plates: sand them with a file or router, polish them with a buff. He will also remove cuticles and hangnails using a hardware attachment. Therefore, there is no need to trim your manicure immediately before extensions. After cleaning the dust that has formed as a result of grinding, the nail plates are coated with a degreaser.

    Application of modeling composition. After fixing the extension form, the technician wets a thin brush in liquid and dips it into a container with acrylic powder. As a result, a gel-like viscous drop is formed, which is applied to the edge of the nail and distributed evenly over the entire plate.

    The peculiarity of acrylic extensions is that it does not require the use of an ultraviolet lamp. The mixture dries on its own, and then the master corrects the shape of the nail using a file.

    Covering nails with varnish – applying decorative varnish, painting, sculpting, etc.

    On average, the procedure takes 2.5-3 hours: the exact duration depends on the complexity of the nail art. Extensions at home may take longer than in a specially equipped specialist’s office.

    Acrylic extension options

    Modeling the length of nails is carried out in the following ways:

    - for tips. This method is considered easier: the master glues plastic or silicone forms to the edges of natural plates, which are then adjusted with a nail file. Extension with tips takes less time, but subsequent removal of the material can become more traumatic.

    - on forms. In this case, a disposable removable stencil is used, which allows you to lengthen your nails using an acrylic mixture. Extension onto forms requires a little more time and special care from the artist.

    What affects the duration of the procedure?

    In addition to the method of artificial nail extension and the type of base for their mechanical lengthening, it is recommended to pay attention to other factors. Knowing them, you can regulate the duration of the session.

    There are several main factors that affect how long a session lasts:

    1. Features of the nail plate. Any manicure begins with the treatment of nails - correction of their free edge, removal of cuticles, polishing with a buff. Sometimes the cuticle grows heavily on the surface, making it difficult to remove. This can increase the operating time by 15-20 minutes. Sometimes a girl’s nails are naturally curved, and it is quite difficult to carefully attach the backing to such a surface.
    2. Design. After any extensions, girls apply decorative coating of their nails with gel polish. You can make it monochromatic or apply an unusual design; its complexity will determine how long the session will last.
    3. Master's competence. Beginners in the manicure industry take much longer to do everything than experienced specialists, so when choosing a salon, pay attention to this factor.
    4. Type of manicure. You can treat the cuticle in two ways - classic or European. The difference is whether it is trimmed or just gently pushed aside. Both methods are not always suitable for girls; to choose a technique, you additionally need to take into account the characteristics of the epidermis itself.
    5. Quality of consumables and compositions. If a master saves on the tools and compounds used, it will be more difficult to use them, which is why the duration of the work increases. For example, a low-quality gel will spread over the nail bed and form leaks that will have to be constantly removed and corrected.

    If you do the extensions yourself at home, the timing will depend only on you, so you can adjust all the criteria and factors that affect this.

    How long to do gel polish nails at home. Gel polish at home

    1. base coat,
    2. Colored gel polish,
    3. Top coat (fixer or topcoat),
    4. Degreaser,
    5. Ultraviolet lamp,
    6. Cuticle oil,
    7. Grinding files,
    8. Cuticle remover tool
    9. Orange stick.

    Step 1. Get your nails in order: give the desired shape, clean them, remove cuticles. Next, use a buff file to sand the nail plate. This is necessary for better adhesion of the coating to the nail. Pay special attention to the edges and base of the nail.

    Sand the nail plates with a buff file

    After this, wipe your nails with a cloth previously moistened with a degreaser. By the way, if this is not the case, then you can use alcohol or nail polish remover.

    Wipe your nails with a sticky remover

    Step 2: Now start applying the base coat. Apply it as thinly as possible. Paint the plate thoroughly from the outside and inside, this is necessary so that the manicure lasts longer. Then place your nails under an ultraviolet lamp for 1-2 minutes (if the lamp power is less than 36 W, then you need to dry longer).

    Apply base coat

    When creating a manicure with gel polish at home, it is recommended to use a 36 W UV lamp. However, this coating can dry out even in less powerful lamps. (For example, I used a 3 W lamp, the coating is also fixed, although I increased the polymerization time.)

    UV lamp for drying manicure with gel polish 3 W

    A little later I purchased a 36 W lamp, the difference is very noticeable. The drying time has been reduced, and the coating itself is much stronger. I ordered a 36 W lamp on AliExpress for 750 rubles. Oddly enough, the old 3 W lamp was more expensive - 900 rubles, but was bought in a Russian online store, like all the other manicure products from this article (store - nogtishop). Lately I’ve also been ordering gel polishes from Ali, they also come out much cheaper (between 70 and 100 rubles per bottle), and the quality is no worse. For comparison, the varnishes presented here were purchased for 260 - 280 rubles (now they have become a little cheaper). On Ali you can order saws and orange sticks. To compare prices, I posted a screenshot of my order from Nailshop below. I repeat, now nail polishes in Nail Shop have become cheaper. Just for fun, go to Ali and compare prices.

    View of the UV lamp from the inside

    Step 3. The next step is to apply colored gel polish. The first layer of shellac should be thin. It should be applied very carefully without touching the skin. If the polish gets on your skin, remove it with an orange stick. There is no need to paint the inside of the nail with colored varnish. After that, place your hand under a 36 W lamp for 4-5 minutes.

    Apply colored gel polish

    Step 4: Next, apply a second layer of color. It may be a little thicker than the first one. The second layer will make the color more saturated and vibrant. After applying it, also polymerize the manicure under ultraviolet light for 5 minutes.

    If desired, you can decorate your nails with rhinestones

    Step 5: Now coat your nails with sealer. It is thanks to this top product that the nail polish stays on for a long time and is durable + will acquire a beautiful glossy shade. Paint the nail plate thoroughly with it, “sealing” the manicure from the inside of the nail. It is advisable to apply two layers of topcoat, drying each of them in a lamp, in which case the manicure will last a very long time. Dry each layer of topcoat under the lamp for 2-3 minutes.

    Cover your nails with a top coat

    Paint the inside of the nail with fixative.

    Step 6. The final stage is to remove the sticky layer from the nails using a degreaser. If this is not the case, you can use alcohol or nail polish remover.

    Step 7: As a final touch, pamper your fingers with cuticle oil. Apply it to the skin at the base of the nail and rub in.

    Apply cuticle oil

    To make your gel manicure last longer, remove any excess gel polish that protrudes from the sides of your nails using a regular metal nail file.

    How long does a hardware pedicure take? Who is suitable for hardware pedicure?

    Hardware pedicure is one of the varieties of European unedged pedicure. Before the procedure, the feet are not steamed in a foot bath, as in a classic pedicure, but are treated with a disinfectant solution, after which a special softening composition is applied, due to which dead particles are exfoliated, and the pedicurist (using a device with various types of attachments) removes only dead skin.

    The master does not use cutting tools, which makes the procedure safer than a trim pedicure. It is worth noting that the hardware method is suitable for pregnant women, people with diabetes and fungal diseases. Another plus: the procedure takes less time than a classic trim pedicure.
