Essie Cosmetics was founded in 1981. Its founder, American Essie Weingarten, independently went around New York salons and sold the 12 shades of polishes that she created. For the last couple of years I have been giving preference to Essie polishes. When I came across a stand with a new collection, I noticed the beautiful colors and immediately grabbed several polishes. Only at home I noticed that they were matte, and I was very happy. The varnish looks very nice. A convenient brush, in principle, that’s why I love these varnishes. The texture is medium density, for perfect coverage you will need 2 layers. If you don’t need a matte varnish, then you can apply a top transparent coating on top and it will be the same as usual. The only drawback is that without a base the varnish does not last very well, it lasts 3-4 days and gradually begins to wear off. With base and top for up to two weeks. Lovers of matte textures will love this polish!
